hallo everyone!
I’m new in this forum.
I’ve just bought a Full stock original 2002 TJ Sahara 4.0 manual and I have stock tires 225/70 R16. I would like to upgrade at 245/75 R16. It’s that possible without modifications? What’s the best recommendation? What’s the biggest tires I can put on stock TJ Sahara without rubbing even in offroad? Thank you for your help! Best regards!

Welcome to WTJF.
Yes. That's what comes on a Rubicon. Don't go any larger without a lift.

Do I’ll have problem if I’ll do some “hard” off-road with rocks, maybe the tires touch the fender or some steering parts or other “interior” parts? don t I need any wheels spacer? The transmission, differential and other mechanical parts can have problems after putting bigger tires? Sorry but I’m worried about to spend money for new tires and then have some problem. Thank you for your patience and time!!!! Last question, what’s the best tires? Bf Goodrich?

You'll be fine with no other mods. It won't cause any mechanical issues. Lots of people do it. BF Goodrich makes good tires.

@JMT's Jeep with 31" tires. It didn't last very long before it got bigger. ;)
