32RH 3-Speed Auto Shifter Extension

Anyone have a line on a shifter extension for the 32RH 3 Speed auto transmission? With seats lifted just a touch the shifter is pretty low.

Wouldn't it have to be angled back a bit to keep your knuckles off the dash?

Yeah but a dog leg would solve that. It’s angled already so figured I’d ask if anyone knew. I’ve looked and found nothing.
