It's probably dragging the axle on that curb so I think 4wd is probably needed to help the front tire climb back over the curb. My son says you can't straighten the wheel when it's against the curb like that and it won't come off without something else lifting it, pulling on it, or a bit of both. FWIW, I think he's wrong.
