Hey guys!

I have a situation where I bought my TJ and had the whole death wobble situation so I thought going with a HEIM steering kit would help and it did not if anything made it worse. So I want to go back to OEM but I have a limited amount of money.

The HEIM steering kit has 5/8 bolts so I had to drill 5/8 holes into the pitman arm and both steering knuckles for it to fit. The OEM tie rod ends are 1/2 and I know there are sleeves out there to put into those holes to fill in the gap but not sure what size and where to find them. I'm trying to avoid having to buy steering knuckles and a pitman arm simply because I don't have the money. Can anyone please help me find those sleeves?

Maybe the steering wasn't your problem? Now you have heim joints AND death wobble. If you're limited on money you should probably focus on the death wobble before you worry about changing the steering back, unless you KNOW what the problem is that is causing DW.

I also need ball joints but the DW has gotten worse since I put the HEIM tie rod and drag link. So I want to put back the OEM parts by finding a sleeve/instert for the holes because it's just cheaper. I just don't know what size sleeve/insert to get. That would help with the DW I believe. Then I'll focus on the ball joints, tires, etc. later
