I'd wager that is rusted out. Both fenders have been replaced. The frame looks awfully rust colored. I do, however, like the one random Gambler wheel.

my search for a jeep in buffalo was horrendous thankfully some rich kid brought one up from the south and decided he didn’t want it anymore lol
