Ok I have a 89 wrangler 4.2 and did a carb swap and for some reason when ever I come to a stop and give it gas it Boggs down but it will go but doesn't happen all the time would the computer have something to do with it?

Most likely not. I would look and make sure the choke is not sticking and is coming off completely. You shouldn't need a choke after a mile from your driveway. Your float could be off too. Does it puff black smoke from the exhaust when this happens? Lastly check your timing. If your old carb was bad, someone could have changed the timing to compensate the bad carb. Set your timing back to stock spec and see if that fixes it.

So that is confusing? Are you saying you took off fuel injection and put a carb on? If that is the case, check your fuel pressure. Fuel injection needs much more fuel pressure than a carburetor.

Yes swapped it for a carb ...and yeah it only does it when I come to a stop then give it gas and kinda Boggs down but it goes unless I slightly press the gas pedal then it's normal works good

Check the basics. Check your timing. Look at your spark plugs see if they are getting fouled out. Make sure the choke and choke linkage is free and not stick.
