97 Wrangler fuse #21 location?

I have a 1997 TJ. I had a code come up for my O2 sensor. After I replaced it, my Jeep wouldn’t start. The wires going to the connector from the heel side were fretted and eaten up. I have fixed that issue, but the OR/DG wire runs from there to the ignition coil and the injectors. When looking in the manual, I found that the all run through fuse number 21 in the engine fuse box, however the fuses only go to 20. I can’t find the fuse for this wire. Anybody know where it is?

From my diagram Fuse #21 inside the Power Distribution Center should be on the side closest to the engine and next to the ASD relay.

According to the FSM section 8W-11; Fuse 6 from the PDC feeds the ASD which feeds the power to the ignition coil and other components.

I have pulled all my fuses and not a single one is blown. I’ve also checked my ASD and it’s good. Any ideas?

Not to sound condescending, but a lot of people don't. Do you have a multi meter and do you know how to use the tool?
You will need to determine if you have the 5 VDC to the Crankposition Sensor since the 5V reference voltage is used for the O2 sensors, TPS, CKPS, CMPS, to name a few....
Also see if the ignition coil has 12V during cranking the engine.
Measure the orange wire at the Crankposition Sensor harness to see if you have the reference voltage. IF not... this is why the engine wont start and you will need to find out why and where the voltage stops.
