98 2.5 manual running rough

Ok my 98 2.5 manual is running really rough at idle, when I'm driving. When I come to stop it acts like its gonna die and when I'm driving its has no power at all . I can rev the engine and its sounds like it Boggs down alot. Its smells really rich. I cleaned the idle sensor. Wires and plugs were replaced not long ago. And I've put a new exhaust manifold on it and I just changed oil and filter . If someone can tell me where to start ,anything will be helpful. This is my daily driver . Thanks in advance

If it runs OK right after the first start of the day but it gets bad once the engine starts to warm up you have a bad upstream O2 sensor. Replace it with an NTK, not a Bosch. The upstream O2 sensor is mounted just below the exhaust manifold.

Sometimes it takes a minute or so but it has gotten worse over the past couple weeks and today was horrible. I can rev it up just sittin in neutral and it just boggs down. I will replace the o2 and start there. Thanks
