Thanks, I swapped over the oil slinger and put on in correct direction.
Here are a couple pics of how my seal looks at rear of oil pan seal looks. Sitting over and covering the groove.
Lastly, was checking everything over to make sure nothing is missed and no debris anywhere (or sockets, nuts, etc.)
Found one of the bearing looked odd, after a minute or so, realized it was the thrust bearing. First time I’ve ever seen one or paid much attention.
The split line on the thrust bearing not flush. It is the same not flush on all sides. Additionally, there are two dimples on the bottom. Tried to find some pics on line, was able to see the dimples. So assume that is typical. Included a couple of pictures of the split line, think it is ok, just found it odd. Any issue with the split line?
