The content rules are draconian. I tried to create one with the prompt "Shakira merch, hookah bars, off brand teas", and even tried misspelling her name.

The font used on whatever the hell that thing is in the second photo is exactly what I was trying to see if it would produce.
Apparently it has no qualms about real peoples names of they aren't of famous people in current times.
