Wouldn't really worry if the bulb works.
I have replaced two of the bulbs and it's not difficult.

I cant say as it was removed from a wrecked jeep.

well hell - for $20 send it down here and I'll replace it. god knows I got 50 of the damn bulbs when I just needed the one
