SSRs are decent, but they are heavy compared to other similar sized tires. Ran a set of 33x12.5s on my '97 4 cyl. Had a buddy, with a Ranger and some 33x12.5 Buckshot mudders, that wanted to try out the SSRs so we swapped. The difference in acceleration (which was pathetic with a 2.5 and 5 speed trans) was very noticeable. Not to mention picking up a couple MPG... Off road they worked great in the Northwest mud/rock/snow. Not quite as good at shedding thick sticky mud though...Any thoughts on the SSR? I'm thinking 35/10.5/15.
Edit: the tires on my '04 in my avatar are 33x14.5r on 15x10 rims
