Any failure prone parts I should take care of?

My completely stock 06 Wrangler with the 4.0 and NSG370 has been good to me reliability wise, but I'm getting up there in mileage at 172k and am getting worried whenever I have to take long trips. I've never owned a car with mileage this high. I think I've just about replaced all of the failure prone parts on these vehicles but if I'm missing something, maybe someone can chime in. Maybe I'm just worrying too much?

115k- Spark plugs, rear struts, rear sway bar bushes, end links ignition switch and actuator pin thing (preventative maintenance, heard these go bad easy)
116k- Thermostat, radiator cap, water pump, radiator, hoses, fan clutch, harmonic balancer, idler pulley
120k- OPDA replaced with Crown unit, transfer case fluid changed, transmission fluid changed, crank sensor replaced
127k- battery replaced
130k- Front and rear diff oil changed
135k- Replaced O2 sensors, replaced fuel pump (preventatively), replaced power steering fluid, replaced valve cover gasket, rear track bar bushing
139k- Rear u-joints replaced, brake fluid flushed, TPS replaced with MOPAR unit, cleaned throttle body and IAC
145k- Front pads and rotors, belt tensioner replaced
152k- Spark plugs, replaced both engine mounts, replaced PCM w/ wranglerfix
158k- Replaced front U-joints (preventatively), centering yoke, front sway bar bushings and end links
167k- Replaced tie rod ends, drag link, steering damper, track bar bushing

The Jeep drives great, no lifter tick yet, checked compression last time I pulled the plugs and it was good. I'm just worried because it's twenty years old and has so many miles but I'm pretty good about maintenance I think. Anything else I should worry about?

Looks like a good list, and upper and lower ball joints should be in your future. With regular maintenance, you are in good shape. After this many miles, you most likely already know which parts are failure prone.

Since you live in the desert I would think about procuring a replacement radiator, Mopar if possible but I hear they are pretty scarce. I've read about a lot of sudden failures where the top tank splits without warning.

Timing chain? Have you recently checked ball joints, front axle u joints, and hubs?

I didn't bother with the timing chain because I heard they usually outlive the 4.0, but next time I need to change out the water pump I'm going to go ahead and replace it just to be safe. Checked the ball joints and front axle u joints and hubs when I did the front end stuff. They all look okay. I am expecting to need to replace them at some point in the near future though. I'm more worried about parts I guess that will leave me stranded.

You should probably check control arm bushings, track bar bushings too to preemptively avoid death wobble

Both track bar bushings had play and have been replaced recently so that's taken care of. As for control arm bushings, I have a feeling the PO already replaced them. They seem fine and don't have play. I highly doubt they are original and have lasted this long. I'm keeping my eye on them though because I can see a couple very thin cracks starting to form.

Yeah, I actually replaced the radiator at 116k miles. I tried to find a Mopar unit but I couldn't. Hope this one holds up, it's been good so far.

You haven't had to replace any sticking brake calipers yet? And IMHO a good idea to inspect and possibly replace the brake hoses.

I think the PO did have to replace a sticking brake caliper but I haven't had to yet. I thought as long as I keep them clean and lubricate them they don't really go bad or stick? They are pretty simple mechanically right?

But yes, I'm going to take a look at the brake hoses.
