Any recommendations on a car cover for my TJ?

I leave the TJ in the garage with the top and doors off sometimes. This would normally be fine, except for the fact that we have cats, and our cats love to climb all over everything, not to mention they'd get inside the Jeep, sleep, get hair everywhere, etc.

So, I'm trying to figure out of if there is a car cover out there that will fit my TJ well without being too saggy in any place. It doesn't need to be weatherproof, as it's just going on when it's in the garage.

Any input is appreciated!

I had bestop’s and sold it. Now I want it back. It was pretty darn good.

I bought this one last year that I use to keep the birds out.

This one is modeled with a TJ! Probably why I picked this one haha.

This is what I need! One that is modeled form a TJ (so it's not huge and saggy). I think this one should do the trick.

I want one that covers the entire vehicle as well, that way I don't have to worry about the cats getting their nasty little paw prints all over my shiny paint, haha.

Not the cheapest option out there, but if you are looking for good indoor protection, and a cover that will fit like a glove and last for years, you might want to go down this road.

We have an outdoor protection version of their cover on our roadster. It sits outside, but under a carport. The elastic has held up very well, and the cover in general fits and has held up well for the 2 years we've had it.

Just be conscience that the Rampage one is not fully waterproof (I have this Rampage one and the Bestop Trail Cover), the Bestop TC is fully waterproof and a little more $$. Being in the PNW you may as well spring for the Bestop.

Oh yeah, I don't need waterproof at all. It's only for use in the garage, just to keep my cats off (and out) of the vehicle.

Oh ok...gotcha. The Rampage one is totally decent then, and it does work in the rain a little just in case, but I have had a leak-through and flood happen with mine in a major storm.

hey Chris I just bought a full weather cover by bestop off Moris4x4 while they were on sale. The usually go for $180 but morris had overstock and sold them for $50 while stock lasted. I was able to snag one. Wont really use it. They made me pay $20 for shipping. make me an offer if you want it. It hasnt arrived yet. https://www.bestop.com/jeep/2006/wrangler/trail-cover/sub-model/unlimited/

Only problem with that one is that I need one that covers the entire vehicle, including the hood. That way I can keep my pesky cats off it entirely, haha.

Bump. Anyone have a good recommendation for an OUTDOOR car cover?

I’m going to have to leave the Jeep outside for a while while I get some other things tended to, I want the best car cover I can get (it snows here, ice storms etc),

It’s for the Willys Edition I have with that rare green soft top, so I’d like to preserve it the best I can.

My heeler does the same thing.

1. Get a light one, trust me.

2. Mark the front of it with spray paint , I taped off a square - it will keep you oriented

3. If they dont hurt the paint, a light trail cover is easier to deal with.
