It certainly is easy enough to do - but most people would rather pay a subscription fee to listen to music via their PHOOOOOONNE and its expensive data plan. Makes zero sense, but here we are.
I hate tape. I hated tape then, and I hate tape now. Noisy, breakage and tangle prone, isn't random access, wears out, blah, blah. CDs were the best thing ever invented, although a good quality MP3 rip is plenty good enough for my old ears.
Music streaming was included in my expensive phoooooonne plan
I also prefer a CD to an MP3. Streaming is so simple now, hit a button on my steering wheel and tell the truck to play a certain song or genre of songs and it plays.
