Wanna bet? And your FL summers have nothing on Iraq summers & 80lbs of gear.
But is it a dry heat? But I hear you - I don't do well in temperature extremes, esp. heat.
If you think FL summers are bad you should try MD & VA too. And the military doesn't stop because it's hot out.
And yes & no as to Iraq. Depends on which area you're in. You want to talk humidity? Try Korea in monsoon season. Take a show and come out and by the time you get done drying off you're covered in sweat again. Wasn't worth it to even dry off.

Idaho Falls had some major flooding last week and my kid was telling me he drove past multiple people trying to jump start their cars that had stalled out trying to drive through deep water...
I suspect there's gonna be a LOT of this..
