Im not entirely sure what calipers you are using, but wouldn't an 06 Rubicon disc work as far as application goes?I’m planing to do a rear brake conversion when I go to replace my front rotors, and I want to do EBC rotors and pads all around, but I’m not able to find any specific rear rotor kits from EBC. I don’t know if I need a full kit or just some good quality lines and good calipers.

I’m not sure, but I imagine it would. I also don’t know what calipers to get, since I’m not replacing the fronts. I’ll have to look up if the bolt pattern for the rear rotor is any different for the front since I can’t find a rear EBC kit.
Front and rear bolt patterns on the 97-06 TJ is the same 5x4.5. The TJ Dana 30, TJ Dana 35, and TJ Dana 44 all share the same bolt pattern.I’m not sure, but I imagine it would. I’ll have to look up if the bolt pattern for the rear is any different for the front since I can’t find a rear EBC kit.
I read somewhere that a big brake kit is better than a rear drum to disc conversion if you want more stopping power.

Why are you so hung up on EBC?
Unless you have done lots of drive train mods, why change? Off-roading? My 02 has plenty of stopping power. Not criticizing, asking out of curiosity.
Blackmagicbrakes.com for your front brakes. Either refresh your drums or spend the money on a rear disc swap. I don't think EBC makes rear brakes if you can't find them.
I don’t think they make rear brakes either, or at least not full kits.

To be honest, BMB are normally a solution to a problem. Bigger tires need more stopping power is a great example.I like what Black Magic Brakes offer as well I might go with them.
