Anyone in Virginia?

I found a nice looking TJ Rubicon that I'm interested in. I'm curious if anyone lives in Virginia and/or knows anything about this jeep. It looks pretty clean. It's about 20hrs from me so if I got it I would probably have it delivered to me.

Well dang. I guess I will talk to some one at the dealership and have them put it on a lift and send me as many pics as possible and go from there.
