I'm thinking maybe the front face comes off somehow and that is how you get to the terminals and bus bars? Anyone know how to do it?

Nevermind. Got it easily...

1. Remove all fuses
2. Pry up the faceplate keeping in mind the two locking tabs at the center
3. Pry up plastic locking pin for the specific terminal on the front
4. Pull out terminal from the back

Now I need to figure out which model terminals these are...

I have found that going to a pick a part and looking around for a box to pull the terminals out of is usually the easiest. I found a ford Thad had he same PDC under the hood. I was able to get terminals to install my accessory relays and fuses in the open holes of the factory box.
