Front passenger side buckle no longer works the release button is popped up and the belt won't latch... anybody know where to get one 04 rubicon

Might just be gunked up inside. Flush the locking mechanism thoroughly with WD-40 while working the button and see if that doesn't fix it.
Slide the plastic piece back up. It will move, I had the same thing happen. Slide it towards the red release
I was going to post that I fixed both of mine by pushing the red plastic parts in until they looked like they should. Maybe I was holding onto the black plastic part and caused it to pull up when I did what I thought I did. Either way mine were working before I "fixed" them so maybe some degunking of some sort will help it to work again.

But like others have said, try sliding the black cover back up and give it a squirt of Wd and try to buckle it a few times. Probably just has some crap in it.
