Looks like it’s the tool and seals. Seals are Spicer.

Torque King seams to always be overpriced. I would shop around.

$171? I used Spicer seals on mine a few years ago, and would again if needed, but I didn't use any special tool

I think you can get the Spicer seals for in the ballpark of $35 for the pair

That’s the one I have. It was cheap and served the purpose.
