Are body mount bolts hard to remove for sliders?

While we're having this discussion, someone please educate us as to WHY body mount sliders are better. I don't doubt the experience of the experts here in the slightest, but I don't know the why of it, neither does the OP...

I’m certainly not one of the experts but here goes. Frame mounted sliders give up clearance, not to mention the leverage factor of the mounts being far away from the sliders. Sliders using the body mounts don’t make sense because of the added stress to the mount. Plus you have to cut down the body lift puck or you’ll get uneven clamping force that can distort the body. Like I said, I’m no expert and I could be wrong but it didn’t look like anyone else was going to take a shot at it
