Particularly for a 30/44 combo. I run Jk axles on my LJ and love it, but the rear is from a rubi so it came with an elocker, the front is a built prorock 44 and it all came for a price I couldn't say no to. That set there isn't worth your time and effort. Particularly if you arn't doing all the work yourself.
Things you need for a jk axle swap:
Bracket kits
Rear sway bar
Drive shafts
Rims or wheel spacers to adapt the bolt pattern
Steering
Fenders (if your state requires) to deal with the new width.
