I am thinking of installing the Wind Jammer, deck covers and bikini top on my Jeep. Are these water tight and can rain get inside? What to do???
Any recommendations?

No that's not a totally waterproof combination, at least not if there's any wind. There are gaps around the windjammer and at the top-rear of the doors where there is a gap at the rear curve of the boomerangs that surround the top of the door. It's mostly weatherproof but the rain will come in pretty good from the side if there's any wind blowing at all.

Have a look at the Bestop Wraparound one. Still not 100% watertight, but much better than most other windjammers. There are some pics here: https://goo.gl/xbq3N9
I had one and it blocked the seats and seat back angle from going back far enough to be comfortable. At 5-11 I'm not exactly a tall guy that needs his seat back all the way.
