No need. Just harness the power of the Phoenix sun and save it for later.

When using the stock bezel that is slanted down, I don’t like how aftermarket rockers are slanted down so much you can’t read them. What I did was order these with the lower light attached to dash illumination. Then I flipped the rocker face upside down on the rocker and installed the switch upside down. What this gave me was topside dash illumination and I have to push down on them to turn them on. When turned on the bottom lights up. This makes them nice and easy to read from the drivers seat.

Biggest thing you have to do is plan on making the time to do it right. In years past I am absolutely guilty of being a Last Minute Larry and then just having to throw stuff on to get ready for a run or event. Not that I ever did anything questionable, it was just not clean and neat.Good clean work man. I wish I had that attention to detail lol
I used this write up for the double dash!Awesome build you've got going! I've come in here a few times and skimmed through a bunch of your progress. Eventually I'll get through it!
With 227 pages to sift through, can you or anyone else point me in the direction of where you talked about (assuming you did?) adding the second switch panel in the ashtray spot? That's a clever idea and I'd be interested to see more on that. So far I haven't had luck clicking from page to page trying to find it
Nice. Can’t wait till we do mine at your house the next time I come out!
