My plan is bypass the heater core until it starts getting cold out. At that point I will assess if my time is worth more than my money or not.

Lol I live in AZ and own fleece lined pants and a heated vest that I wear on the regular at night under my down feather jacket. I get cold easily!
Used in the morning...wash it down the radiator fill with a tall cup of Hot, Black Coffee
