I just finished welding the Artec truss on the SD Dana 60 that I'm swapping into my LJ and am trying to figure out how the swaybar mounting points work. The points on the truss are just these flat brackets with a hole drilled through them, but they are oriented the opposite way a traditional sway bar mount would be.

From my understanding, a rockjock swaybar won't work properly if I connect it to the points already included. Do I need to buy some new brackets and fab them on there?

Thanks a bunch

Why won't the Antirock work? It comes with rod ends. And many of us have and are running one with higher, non stock axle mounts.

I thought that the mounting points had to be oriented in a different way. Approximately 90 degrees to match the OEM style brackets. Maybe I don't understand completely how the swaybar works in conjunction with the mounting points.

As long as the heim joint has sufficient misalignment at the axle side, there wouldn't be a problem. The sway bar itself won't know or care.
