Got ahold of a nice battery cable crimper.

I’m offering custom battery cables at cost + shipping to forum members until I get bored or start wanting to make money.

Pm me with your specs and I’ll get back to you with a quote.

Pm me with lengths, guage, color(red/blk), terminals(straight/90, 5/16 or 3/8) etc...

And I will give you a quote

I've been looking at making some myself for mine but never got around to it. The kits I've seen look too long and would leave a lot of loose cable buggering up the engine bay. I think I'm going to take some measurements and get with you soon. Thanks for offering this!

Can you share what crimper you are using? I need one and I'm not in the cable business so I won't compete against you. Great choice on wire as well.

Anyone know the OEM length for TJs? I would love to get a set

Looks like 06 would be a little more complicated than just lengths. The positive batt terminal has two wires out of it; a short one to the PDC which has a wide tab for two studs, and then a longer one down to the starter. The negative side has a cable down to the block and one up to the firewall. If I get some time tomorrow I'll try to get measurements of all of them.

I don't remember if my 99 was setup the same way. I do know it had big solid lugs instead of the thin stamped ones my 06 has.

Is there a problem with existing wires? I’m not sure that all of them need to be upgraded. And I would prefer measurements and so on for your custom circuit. Don’t just mimick factory. What kind of fuses should be used? I was thinking mega fuses.

If you have other projects like solar chargers/inverters I can produce cables from 10AWG to 4/0AWG.

I was just responding to his question about getting replacements for stock. Mine are just fine, but if I was replacing them I would at least want to match the tab on the PDC.
