Belt Tensioner Broken on 2005 TJ

The torx bolt on my tensioner pulley has been blocked by a torx bit that broke off in it for awhile. Wasn’t an issue until the entire arm of the tensioner pulley snapped off today so now I need to remove the old tensioner and replace it. What should I do?

Use a good drill bit same size as tensioner bolt hole, drill till head of bolt gone, pull rest of tensioner off and use a good pair of vise grips and by shank of bolt remove it. I think I saw on rock auto where you could get a tensioner bolt.
