Best lift kit for a XJ?

So my brother has a 1996 2 door XJ and he want to lift it for 31s, yall know of any good lifts for these things?
He having trouble finding any helpful forums so I figured I may as well post here

I had an OME 2" lift on my XJ with 31s and I was very happy with it.
