Biometric hand gun safe: What's good?

I bought a biometric gun safe from Academy sports. After I programmed my right index finger to open the safe ALL of my fingerprints would open the safe. I'm betting my dog could have opened it. Of course I returned it. Granted it was not a $300 safe but I have little faith in that system.

I went through two biometric underbed safes around the $200 mark and ended up returning them both. I found the unlock action to be VERY unreliable. One I couldn't get to open without getting my finger in the perfect position, and the other was just like @Mike the Silver TJ said - the thing would open with all my fingers and probably my toes.

I ended up settling on a simple GunVault with a 4 button touchpad. I like that the buttons are in their own little slots so you can find them easily in the dark, plus it's only about $100. I bought two and have not had any issues with them at all.

I plan to do a gun vault too, bonus is if you wear gloves it can still work :)
