Bleeding the slave cylinder

After I flushed and bled my brakes on my 98 Sport 4.0 I decided to do the same with the clutch. I noticed an allen screw in a bung on the top of the slave cylinder with a small hole between it and the slave cylinder. I assume that I loosen the allen screw and bleed the system with the fluid coming out of the small hole. Is this the recommended procedure?
