Just quit working checked the wires all good. Is it the switch? The blower or resistor?

Likely the resistor, also likely the blower motor is aging and drawing too much power as well. If you find a fried resistor replace both it and the blower motor.

My general rule, if all speeds don't work it's probably the blower, if its one speed then the resistor or the switch.

The blower motor was replaced about 4-5 years ago but we all know about the quality of these parts today .. I’ll start with swapping out the switch cause that’s what it was last time then move on to blower and resistor

I did find on one video that the resistor is not needed for the highest setting. On mine the first 3 work but not the highest I’m betting it’s the dam switch on the dash … again (replaced like 3 years ago…”CHINA” lol

It's not a resistor. It is a resistor pack, consisting of three wire wound resisters connected as voltage dividers. "HIGH" is a direct connection to 12 VDC. They usually fail because the fan motor is drawing too much current, because it has worn out bearings and/or because the windings have deteriorated and are shorting out with adjacent windings. The proper fix is to replace the fan motor when you replace the resistor pack. You should also examine the wiring; in some cases, the additional current may cause the wiring insulation to fail and melt, resulting in exposed wires. If the wires are OK, they can usually be repaired using shrink wrap and/or high quality electrical tape.

Good luck!

So if you lose the highest setting only it’s the switch not the resistor or blower if you lose the other settings but only have the highest setting it’s the blower/resistor that’s what I found today . I just had to change out the switch on the dash
