So this is my first build, and I thought I had a pretty good system of tracking fasteners. As I'm putting everything back together, I realize my method was much more madness than I thought.

I'm looking for the sizes for:

~ Rear bumper that bolts from underneath (upwards) into the frame. Not the ones that go in horizontally, but the two on either side that bolt in vertically.

~ Center console screws that go in horizontally below the passenger seat.

~ That center console screw that goes in under the shift boot. It doesn't seem to match any of the other screws that I have in my pile, and its really irritating me.

~ Push-in fasteners and screws for the bottom windshield seal. I bought a fastener kit thinking it would have something in there, but nothing seems to fit. Also the screws. I'm pretty sure they're plastic, but at this point I have no idea.

That's all I have for right now. I'll probably end up posting something again later. lol

Thanks in advance!

The center console screws in mine are torx screws can’t remember size for bit right now been a while since I’ve torn it apart and my rear bolts are after market since i replaces the rear bumper and never bothered to put the bottom underside ones back in since fitmit there was somewhat impossible when trying to line it all up

I have a 2000 sport. 10 mm is mine by passenger horizontal. I’m not positive what fasteners or screws you were talking about by the windshield but here are a couple pictures. I didn’t have time to dig more. Let me know if I can help anymore tonight

You need to post the info about your Jeep, bolt sizes will vary from the early TJ's to the later models. For example the bumper bolts are SAE on the early models vs metric. Early Jeeps are 1/2x13.
All TJ's are 1/2-13 for the front 6 bumper bolts. There are some 97's that have the same for the ones under the rear bumper. After that, they are all Metric 12mm x 1.75. It is the same size and pitch as the 03-06 belly skid bolts.

I'm wondering if someone can help locate a bolt, or maybe just the size would help. It's for a 2000 Jeep TJ, the bolt which connects the rear rollbar (in the back corner) to the tub. It's a torx, somewhat large, and painted to match the vehicle. The previous owner stripped the head while trying to install a rear tire carrier, so never completed that part of rear tire carrier install (upper bracket not connected to anything).
I cut a groove into the bolt, then remove the bolt. Then was able to install the upper bracket that needed the support, but now the bolt looks kinda funky.
I think I asked at the jeep dealer if they had a new painted bolt, but they said no.
Anyone got a part number, size, or source for this bolt? Thanks.
