Both P0300 and P0320 codes?

Need some recommendations on how to diagnose CEL codes P0300 and P0320? I’ve looked it up in this forum, some say spark plugs for 0300 and crankshaft positioning sensor for 0320? I’m curious if they’re instead related to something else since they’ve both popped up.

1997 4.0 I6 Sport 45k miles on it.
