Bow to rollbar bolt size?

I'm sure this is a stupid question, but I'm new to to the wrangler tj. My 2002 did not have the bow brackets to mount to the roll bar. I ordered the to bow brackets but what I need to know is the bow bracket bolt size. I know there's 4 of them but I been seeing all kind of sizes. So I know you guys will know. The bolts to attach this to the roll bar

It's been about 11 hours and I don't have an answer but my wife took the TJ to work today so I can't even pull one out and check but I will post this to get it back to the top. I'm sure someone knows.

The size bolt you want is M6x1x20.
