Having just drove that trail a couple of weeks ago I think he should get bonus points for getting it far as he did

Reminds me of a time I came across a jacknifed camper trailer on remote forest service road in Wyoming. It is easy to get into bad spots when trying to find a camping spot on forest service roads, but I'm not quite sure what this guy was thinking. I wouldn't want to get too far off the beaten path in a box truck...
I did Engineer pass Sept 11. A very scary drive in the snow...

Reminds me of this one from 2010 in the same area...18 wheeler tried to follow his GPS directions over Cinnamon Pass from Silverton to Lake City. Made it as far as Animas Forks. Apologies for the low quality picture
I once saw a Ram 3500 with massive horse trailer on the beach in St Augustine. It was all going ok until he tried to back the trailer into a parking spot. It was like he had hit a wall. Still stuck when we packed up for the day and went home.
