Brake, dash, and tail lights are not working, but reverse and rear turn signals work.

Hi all, I'm having some issues with my tail lights that do not come on when I turn on my headlights or press my brake pedal. The turn signals and reverse lights are working, however. Also, my dash lights do not turn on. Front headlights seem to be working fine.

List of things I've tried:
  • I've looked at the fuses, and also switched out #1, #2, and #13 just to be safe. I attached a picture of my fuse box because I'm not sure what fuses are actually supposed to be there. The TJ was not bought with doors.
  • Replaced the bulbs. No difference.
  • Cleaned the bulb sockets and tail light assembly including the bolts and threads.
  • I disconnected and cleaned the tail light connectors - didn't seem to work.
  • I also took out the multifunction switch and inspected and cleaned the inside. The plug has some slight deformation - I've attached a picture for that too.
I'm not sure where to go from here. Perhaps replacing the multifunction switch entirely? Could there be a short somewhere? Any suggestions are appreciated :)
