Join us on a true beginner's run to Brown's Camp! We will take Blue trails and welcome those who have limited to no experience at Browns.
THERE ARE ONLY 15 ATTENDEE SPOTS AVAILABLE.
ATTENDANCE IS FREE. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. THERE WILL BE A WAITING LIST WHEN ALL TICKETS ARE GONE.
If you have had prior Browns experience and would still like to come, please contact the Hosts beforehand to see if there is an available opening. This run is intended for true beginners to get some trail experience.
Damage is not expected but is always possible depending on vehicle setup, trail conditions etc.. The chosen runs are all Blue trails. Expect rocks, stick, possible scratches and hill climbs.
THIS WILL BE A FULL SIZE FRIENDLY EVENT SO THE TRAILS WILL BE WIDE ENOUGH TO FIT FULL SIZE RIGS, HOWEVER STOCK HEIGHT VEHICLES MAY SEE SOME DAMAGE. ALL SIZES ARE WELCOME!
• Meet at Jim's Market in Banks at 9:00am for fuel, check-in and drivers' meeting and leave by 9:30am sharp. Please don't be late.
-Jim's Market - 12350 Main St, Banks, OR 97106
• Head out to Brown's Camp for some easy trails, instruction and driving tips will be presented throughout the day and based on individual needs.
• We will air down when we hit Brown's and air up before we leave.
• Dinner at TBD location for anyone who wants to join us
• Communications will be 146.460 and CB channel 23
• Please be equipped with the following:
-Food and water
-Air system to air up and down
-Small Fire extinguisher & Basic First Aid Kit
-Full tank of gas at meeting location
-HAM radio is preferred but Walkie talkies or CB Radio are fine
-Shovels, saws, tracks and winches are all very helpful See less

That’s funny since me and a couple of friends were just talking about a trip down there this supper/fall. Not for this run though

Ya this is for more the beginner type folks. But I need to get back down there too once mine is running.
 
I have been out to Browns camp and ran Cedar Tree and a couple other trails a couple times but still consider myself a beginner. Would this be a good group or are you focusing on people who have never gone out there?
