I think the new tires and rims are going to stick out a bit. Not 100% on tire choice yet but will be a 33"

The tire carrier is almost done. Tire was a lot heavier then i thought it would be.

Wow. Awesome build. I wish I had even half the fab skills you do.

Thanks for the complements :) I have learnt a lot just reading through this forum. I work as a fitter welder so the fab work comes easy.

Very good start on a great looking TJ.
I have some Pro Comp muders on my 97 and it's a little vague and noisy. When they are worn out I think I'm going to BFG All Terrains.

I like the new Nitto Trail Grapplers so far. The are much quitter then my old BFG Mud Terrains. Almost as quiet as my BFG All Terrains on my pick up.

Its time to continue the slow build process...

I think I need to regear my 2006 4L 6 speed manual TJ, it has a dana 44 and 30. I am running 33 x 12.5 tires and pull a 1,500 lb tent trailer. While its apart I think it would be the right time to add lockers. What parts do you recommend ? I have been leaning towards OX lockers and 410 or 456 gears.

I'd lean toward 4.56. I'm running 4.10s with 32's and I wouldn't want to try to pull a trailer.
Regarding the locker...Not much help. I really like the selectables in my Rubicon. Not sure I'd like trying to route the cables and handles of the OX into the cab. I personally would go Eaton, I think, if I had too, but ARB has a near flawless reputation for just plain working.
