Building a Rubicon for the Rubicon

So It sounds like if I did a 2+1.25 lift, tummy tuck , 33's and a regear, I'd be golden. I'd add a oil pan skid as well.

Thoughts on control arms? I'm on stock stamped steel ones at the moment. I can see those getting bent up for sure so spares would be 100% on the list, but would it be better to just get some tubular lowers and call it a day?

That lift combo and some 33's will be fine as long as you're ok using (beating up) sliders and skid plates. Put the money to regear into a winch and said sliders/skids. I'd save the tummy tuck idea for later.

The whole trail is about the lines you take, often needing the driver to plot and plan steps ahead. Go slow, go easy, winch when you need.
