Can I install a Warn 97730 on a TJ?

I don't know. Per Warn's webpage, it has a CA Prop 65 Warning. :)

I'm sure it will fit. Compared to a M8000 winch, the max amp draw increases from 435 to 460. I don't know if that makes a difference to the TJ's electrical system.
 
It has the typical 10" x 4.5" bolting pattern and slightly higher draw than their 8k winch. What are your concerns about installing one?

It looks like it uses foot front mounting and 2 on the bottom similar to the 8274. I guess I could get a 8274 winch mount and use that to mount it
 
If you really have to run one you will have to fab a mount. The 8274 mount is too narrow.
