Can I supercharge or turbocharge my 4.0?

It was really clean, but high mileage, we bought it in 1998 for 5700 and sold it over Christmas for 6000, no lift and fairly stock. I did have to rebuild the rear diff when we got it, it needed it again and I didnt want to rebuild the 44 so I bought her a 15 JK for $12K, I put rubicon shocks and springs and 2 idler pulleys on it. It will remain stock until she tires of it.

It's a clean sheet design. The Boosted Tech supercharger is an Eaton M90 from a 90s Buick.

Did Magnum get a good tune for the 2006 LJ? I read over at https://www.wranglerforum.com/f210/2005-lj-with-supercharger-by-magnum-powers-2157945.html that they were working on it, but didn't see a final resolution.

Magnum doesn't provide a tune with it. It's up to you to have it tuned yourself, in which case Josh Pearl is the one who is doing most of the tunes for their customers. From what I'm told, Josh has a great tune for it.
