Can the one way check valve in the fuel pump assemble be replaced or not?

I have 2001 4.0.
Long crank issue.

I check my fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Cranks up to 47 psi. As soon as I turn the engine off, it drops to almost 0.
From what I have researched, pretty sure it is the one way check valve in the fuel pump assembly.
Some say the check valve in on top of the assembly and can be replaced, others say you have to replace the entire fuel pump assembly.

Anyone know the definitive answer?

And if the check valve is definately in silver part on top of the assembly, do you have a part number?

Many thanks!

You can replace the pump instead of the entire assembly as well as replace the check valve on the top of the assembly. The assembly is cheap enough I got that instead, as it was the original pump and I didn't care for doing the job twice if the sending unit or pump went bad.

The check valve is at the top. But it's likely the original pump and sending unit. Why not replace it?
