Maybe he means because it's a '60-'61 hood on a '64-'66 pickup. Not sure that qualifies it as totally wrong, though.

I thought the 60-66 cabs all were the same? I had a 64 but until you looked inside the cab looked the same but I was 16 too.

Nope. The '60-'63 cabs still had the old style "dog leg" A-pillar (for the wrap-around windshield), whereas the '64-'66 had the more modern style. Easiest way I know to quickly identify the general year of those trucks.
Looking at them now I can say I like the 60-63 cab better but they both are great Looking rigs. Simple but effective and easy to work on. I replaced my first V-8 in my 64.
Nice heels - although I'm not so sure about the platform soles.
