Small car show in Phoenix today. There were a two 58 Corvettes, some Mustangs, too many new Corvettes, some 50s sedans, lots of LS powered race cars, but these were what really caught my attention.

Bringing back the memories of my dad's 61 Starliner. Race pan and outlet mall parking lot meant oil spill.

I've seen plenty of guys put skid plates to work. I've seen a few wish they had a skid plate after the fact.
It's hard to come down from something like this without causing damage. Just for you @Squatch

I was like 10 at the time. I think we were getting Subway when it was a new thing.

I think they may have improved that a bit since I was a kid. And the pan really hung low.
