Absolutely is. Mine are the original cats as well but I'm going to swap this in in the next couple of weeks just as a precaution. I'm sure they are partially plugged at 205k miles. I know you've got a lot less miles.
From laying mine out and looking at my 2000, I think it will be. The only thing I can see different is my 2000 has a flange at the end of the y-pipe instead of a slip joint the Flowmaster set up has.

I already bought one to keep as a spare at the cheap Amazon price. I'm thinking of buying a second spare because this pricing seems to me like they will be discontinuing them after selling out. Even if I never use it, it would likely hold its value or even increase in value.
