CB works and doesn't work

I've got at Cobra 75wxst that seemingly works perfectly fine when I'm sitting still. As soon as we start moving, I lose most all communication.

What should I be checking?

Sounds like maybe a loose connection? That’s all I can think that would fail when in motion, due to vibrations etc.
