Clicking sound while driving

Ok guys i have a question. I just got done cleaning my jeep and then i went for a drive and i was coming down the road i always drive on and hit a bump and it sounded like something broke and now when im driving there's a weird clicking sound, it sounds like its right under the middle of my jeep, any thoughts on what it is?

There are a lot of things that could be making the clicking noise. I would start by getting under it and put hands on everything and see if something is moving that once didn't. Start up front and check axles, ball joints and drive shaft then work from there. The funny thing about our Jeeps is that sounds call play tricks and sound as if they are coming form one place and turn out to be on the other end of the vehicle.

Well found out it was my left rear drum break just fell apart

No big deal! Just cut a hole out from your floorboard and do flintstones style.
