Clutch recommendation

I put in a Luk, based on the information I gained here that Luk was the OEM for Jeep clutches, at least they were for the TJ.
Throwout bearing....hmmmm, that's a larger debate. I got one with the Luk, and took recommendations that I use I think a National? It is making some noise now, not that old. The one with the clutch was plastic, I might have over thought it, but my "personal" opinion, mine alone, all the throw out bearings suck. My son's 08 just had to have one put in on his NSG, they all suck, ha.
